Refund policy
At Quillon, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Window You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
How to Request a Return To initiate a return, email us at officialquillon@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Quillon cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking. Quillon is not liable for items lost in return transit.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank. If the issue persists, contact us at officialquillon@gmail.com and we will investigate immediately.
Damaged or Wrong Items If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — including return shipping in this case.
Non-Returnable Items Digital products and downloadable content, if applicable, are non-refundable once accessed.
