Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Destinations We currently ship to the United States and select international countries. At checkout, you will be able to see whether your country is eligible for delivery.

Delivery Timeframes

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier performance, and customs processing for international orders.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order details. Free shipping promotions, where applicable, will be applied automatically at checkout.

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery. If you have not received tracking details within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please email us at officialquillon@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue promptly.

Customs & Import Duties (International Orders) For international deliveries, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may be applied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are outside of Quillon's control.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Quillon is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at officialquillon@gmail.com and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
